TAILINGS - MEDITATIONS ON CENTRAL OTAGO
Bruce Foster and Greg O'Brien
For some years good friends Bruce Foster, photographer, and Greg O'Brien, writer and poet, have worked together on a book on the beauty of Central Otago, and their determination to ensure this wild and precious landscape is never lost to urbanisation and/or industrialisation. Or, for that matter, agriculture. How? One way is to show a wide audience, those unable to travel to these parts, what they mean by the importance of preserving this area. We can do this by using our own tools - taking images, and writing words. The pen (and the camera) is mightier than the sword. We can let them speak.
Publishing 2026, large format, coffee table style, hardcover.
